Well started off the day with the best of intentions to stick to my new healthy lifestyle. Things seemed to be going well until later in the afternoon, when i start to crave sweet things. Getting Started.

Well, I've finally made the decision to make an effort to loose some weight. Time to get serious. I will hopefully put info on this blog as to how I am doing and what is working for me. I will be mostly working out at home and I will let you know how its going. I think the diet industry and weight loss groups ect are still in the main targeted towards women. I know everyone is looking for the quick fix and I don't believe there is one out there. No doubt it is going to come down to being consistent, motivated and focused.
