Tips For Rapid Weight Loss

I have produced 5 top tips for rapid weight loss, all easy to implement and will result in excellent weight loss.

1. Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day rather than the traditional 3 meals for rapid weight loss. This will ensure you keep a high metabolic rate to burn calories throughout the day but will also ensure you have a steady supply of energy throughout the day limiting the storage of unused energy intake.

2. Try to include a source of protein with each meal you have. This will have a two-fold benefit - it will keep you feeling full for longer and also slow down the digestion and absorption of your carbohydrates - great for rapid weight loss! Good sources of proteins can be found in nuts, protein shakes, fish, red or white meat.

3. Include "essential fats" in your diet (not saturated fat!), these are necessary for brain function and nerve conduction but can also aid in fat loss. Essential fats can be found in oily fish, nuts, avocado, olives etc. But remember - eat it small amounts, it is still fat!!!

4. Include resistance training and interval training in your workouts - these types of training will not only boost your metabolism dramatically but you will also benefit from increased calorie burning post-workout compared to low intensity cardio workouts.

5. Follow a well structured weight loss program where healthy eating, exercise and motivation and key parts of the program. There are many programs on the market and there will be one to suit your needs. I don't mean take slimming pills or try fad diets, I mean follow a well-researched and comprehensive weight loss program that will give you short and long term benefits.
